Return and Withdrawal Policy

Rhodium Mağazacılık ve Dış Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Rhodium” and/or “Seller”) delivers/sells the products offered for sale through this distance sales channel to final consumers only at retail.

In this RETURN and WITHDRAWAL POLICY, the consumer (“Consumer” or “Buyer”) and the Rhodium shall be referred to separately as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Conditions of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you received the product or from the date the product was delivered to a third party, without providing any reason and/or without paying a penalty. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal during the period before the relevant product is delivered to you. If the consumer does not exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14 (fourteen) day period mentioned above, he/she will not be able to benefit from the right of withdrawal.

To return a product under the right of withdrawal, you must return it with all original package contents, including the warranty certificate, if available, certificate, user manual, accessories, and any other included items. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that have been damaged and/or are missing original package contents.

The Seller is obligated to refund all payments collected, including any delivery costs charged to the Consumer, within fourteen (14) days from the date the returned goods are handed over to the carrier for return. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by banks in processing the refund for the product’s payment. If the right of withdrawal is exercised in violation of this procedure, the refund process cannot be guaranteed.

Cases where the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised

As per the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

a) Agreements regarding goods or services of which price varies depending on the fluctuations in financial markets and is not under control of the seller or provider.
b) Agreements regarding goods prepared in accordance with requests or personal needs of the consumer.
c) Agreements regarding delivery of goods that are perishable or of which expiration date may last.
d) Agreements regarding delivery of goods of which protective elements, such as package, tape, seal, packaging, are opened after their delivery; and of which return is not suitable in terms of health and hygiene.
e) Agreements regarding goods that have mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
f) Agreements regarding book, digital content and consumable materials of computer presented in physical environment of which protective elements, such as package, tape, seal, packaging, are opened after the delivery.
g) Agreements regarding delivery of periodical publications, such as newspaper and magazine, except for those provided under subscription agreement.
h) Agreements regarding accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, supply of food-beverages which should be carried out on a specific date or period, and organizing leisure time for the purpose of entertainment or recreation.
i) Agreements regarding services performed instantly on the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
j) Agreements regarding services which are started to be performed upon the consumer’s approval, before the expiration of the period during which withdrawal right can be exercised.

Insufficient Information

The Consumer accepts, declares, and undertakes that the information provided by the Seller regarding the Buyer's right of withdrawal is adequate and sufficient in accordance with the provisions of the law and the regulation. In this context, the Consumer accepts, declared and undertakes that they cannot claim any rights based on incomplete information.

Procedure to Be Followed

The procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal is as follows:

1. Regarding the purchased products, the Consumer must obtain a return shipping code by clicking the "RETURN" button on the "My Orders" page on the Seller’s Website (www.rhodium.com.tr) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product was received or delivered to a third party.
2. Following the obtain of the return shipping code, the contracted carrier (courier company) will collect the product from the Consumer's address using the return shipping code.
3. The product will be examined by the Seller
4. If it is determined that the right of withdrawal has been exercised in accordance with the relevant legislation and this procedure, the product’s payment will be refunded to the Consumer.

2. RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Right of Exchange

Without prejudice to the Consumer's rights regarding the right of withdrawal, no right of exchange exists. The Consumer does not have the right to exchange either in addition to or within the scope of the right of withdrawal as stated above. However, the Consumer's rights to exchange defective goods for defect-free equivalents, as provided by the legislation, are reserved. Right of Return

Without prejudice to the Consumer's rights regarding the right of withdrawal, no right of return exists. If the conditions specified for exercising the right of withdrawal under the legislation and the agreement are not met, or if the 14-day withdrawal period is exceeded, no right of return shall apply. However, the Consumer's rights to return defective goods as provided by the legislation are reserved.
